Products and Preorders Product availability and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Preorders are advance purchases of items not yet in stock. Estimated release dates are provided by suppliers and are subject to change. By placing a preorder, you agree to wait until the product is available before shipment. Preordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless otherwise stated or in the case of product damage upon delivery. 3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in CHF and Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of order, including for preorders. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but preorder prices are locked in at the time of purchase. 4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to postal services, customs, or supplier delays (especially for preorders). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 5. Returns and Refunds 5.1 Return Window You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. 5.2 Return Conditions Items must be: Unopened, unused, and in perfect condition In original packaging ❗️ Returns are not accepted for: Opened or used trading cards Preorders, sale items, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated) 5.3 Return Procedure Contact us at infojaphunter@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is damaged or faulty. 5.4 Refunds Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. 6. Damaged or Faulty Products If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. 7. Limitation of Liability JapHunter is not liable for: Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs Loss or damage after the product has been shipped and tracking has been provided Any misuse or mishandling of products by the buyer 8. Disputes and Applicable Law These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland. 9.
