Pre-Order Purchase Terms

1. Pre-Order Purpose

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a product before its official release. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these specific terms.

2. Payment

- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.

- No reservation will be validated without complete payment.

- If the product is officially canceled by the supplier, the total pre-order amount will be refunded.

3. Delivery & Timeframes

- Release and delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change by the manufacturer or publisher.

- We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.

- Orders will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

- Pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except in the case of an official product cancellation by the supplier.

- If the product becomes unavailable or is permanently out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pre-Order Items & In-Stock Items

- If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

- If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

- If you request separate shipping for in-stock items, an additional shipping fee will apply.

6. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to new pre-orders placed after the update.

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to Switzerland and Europe. If your country is not listed, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

2. Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Switzerland:
  • Standard - Economy: 2-3 open days
  • Standard - Priority: 1-2 open days
• Europe:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 open days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight and destination. We also offer free shipping promotions on certain orders, as indicated on our site.

4. VAT and Import Duties for European Customers

For customers outside Switzerland (including the EU), prices displayed on our website do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. These additional costs may be charged by customs upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with JapHunter. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unopened and in perfect condition.
• In its original packaging.

3. Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at infojaphunter@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in our instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether or not we approve your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a replacement or refund.
