1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to Switzerland and European Country only. If your country is not listed, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

2. Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

SWITZERLAND:

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options  , including:
Standard - Economy: 2-3 days (open days)

Standard - Priority: 1-2 days (open days)

EUROPE:

Around 5 and 7 open days after shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We can not take on our own if there is any delay cause of the freightner.

Please note that additional charges, such as local VAT, customs duties, and handling fees, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight and destination. We also offer free shipping promotions on certain orders, as indicated on our site.
