Preordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless otherwise stated or in the case of product damage upon delivery. 3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in CHF and Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of order, including for preorders. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but preorder prices are locked in at the time of purchase. 4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to postal services, customs, or supplier delays (especially for preorders). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 5.
