1. Return Period
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.

4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions

Package the item securely and send it to the provided return address at your own cost
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
