Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with JapHunter. We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items under the following conditions:

1. Return period

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be :

Unopened and in perfect condition.
In its original packaging

3. Returns procedure
