Known in Chinese as 泡泡玛特 宝可梦 郂逅我的伙伴系列手办盲盒, this official POP MART x Pokémon collaboration is sold as a blind box: you never know which partner is waiting inside until you open it.

Each Pokémon is sculpted with soft, rounded proportions, clean paint applications and a themed base with grass, sand or water effects. Blind Box Information
- Each blind box contains 1 random figure.
- The design cannot be chosen and duplicates are possible when buying several single boxes.
- The secret figure is rare and never guaranteed.
- POP MART sealed displays are generally packed as one complete set of the regular designs; when the secret figure is inside, it replaces one regular figure.
- Boxes are sold sealed. Opened boxes cannot be returned.

What if my product arrives damaged?
We take packaging seriously: cards travel in toploaders and sleeves, sealed displays in rigid mailers, and high-value items get extra bubble-wrap protection. Every shipment is insured.
If your package arrives damaged despite our care, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the product. We'll either:
- Send a replacement at our cost (subject to availability)
- Issue a full refund including original shipping fees
You don't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask — we trust our customers.
How does a pre-order work?
A pre-order lets you reserve a product before its official release. Your stock is secured in your name as soon as payment is confirmed — even if the product sells out everywhere else after launch.
