Each order is inspected by our team before shipping. If you ever doubt the authenticity of a product you've received, contact us within 30 days — we'll either provide proof of sourcing or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

All in-stock orders ship from our Swiss warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times:

• Switzerland: 1 to 4 business days
• European countries: 3 to 7 business days

Every shipment is tracked, and you'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your package is dispatched. For pre-orders, your stock is reserved in your name and shipped on the official release date — see the pre-order section above for the estimated date.

We take packaging seriously: cards travel in toploaders and sleeves, sealed displays in rigid mailers, and high-value items get extra bubble-wrap protection. Every shipment is insured.

If your package arrives damaged despite our care, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the product. We'll either:

• Send a replacement at our cost (subject to availability)
• Issue a full refund including original shipping fees

You don't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask — we trust our customers.

A pre-order lets you reserve a product before its official release. Your stock is secured in your name as soon as payment is confirmed — even if the product sells out everywhere else after launch.

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to lock in your unit
• The price you pay is final — no extra charge if prices rise later, no partial refund if prices drop
• Release dates are estimates set by the manufacturer or distributor and may shift; we'll keep you posted by email if anything changes
• Pre-orders are non-refundable, except if the product is officially cancelled by the supplier — in which case we refund 100%
• If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together on the release date. Need an item sooner? Place separate orders.
