Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a product before its official release. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these specific terms.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
  • No reservation will be validated without complete payment.
  • The price paid at the time of pre-order is final.
  • If the product price increases after your pre-order, no additional payment will be required.
  • If the product price decreases after your pre-order, the difference will not be refunded.
  • If the product is officially canceled by the supplier, the total pre-order amount will be refunded.

3. Delivery & Timeframes

  • Release and delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change by the manufacturer or publisher.
  • We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.
  • Orders will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except in the case of an official product cancellation by the supplier.
  • If the product becomes unavailable or is permanently out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pre-Order Items & In-Stock Items

  • If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
  • If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.
  • If you request separate shipping for in-stock items, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Product description

Opening something every day of December is all a collector really asks of an advent calendar. What matters is whether what sits behind the doors is worth the wait.

Ours is filled by hand, in our own workshop, one booster at a time. We choose every set ourselves and we decide what falls on which day. It is slow work, and it is the whole difference between a calendar and a box packed at random: here no two days feel alike, no set comes back often enough to tire you, and nothing was put in to make up the numbers. The doors grow richer as Christmas approaches, and the last one is by far the most generous.

The Pokémon edition holds more than forty boosters, drawn from both the Japanese and the Chinese ranges. The Japanese side is the heart of the hobby, the sets collectors follow all year long. The Chinese side is the other half of the Pokémon world, with artwork and print runs that almost never reach Europe. Close to thirty different sets follow one another across the month.

The One Piece edition is Japanese throughout, with one guest you cannot buy in booster form: five promotional cards are slipped into the month, spread across the twenty-four days rather than saved for the end. Every main set of the game is represented, from the very first releases to the most recent.

Everything inside is factory sealed and comes straight from our suppliers in Japan and China, the same ones that stock the shop all year. Nothing is repacked, nothing is opened before you open it.

We make a limited number, each numbered by hand, and we do not restock them. Every calendar ships as a fabric wall hanging with twenty-four pockets, ready to hang, prepared and sent from Switzerland.

Every product on JapHunter is 100% authentic and sourced exclusively through verified Japanese distributors and official partners. We work directly with established TCG suppliers in Japan — no reprints, no counterfeits, no grey-market imports.

Each order is inspected by our team before shipping. If you ever doubt the authenticity of a product you've received, contact us within 30 days — we'll either provide proof of sourcing or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

When will my order arrive?

All in-stock orders ship from our Swiss warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times:

  • Switzerland: 1 to 4 business days
  • European countries: 3 to 7 business days

Every shipment is tracked, and you'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your package is dispatched. For pre-orders, your stock is reserved in your name and shipped on the official release date — see the pre-order section above for the estimated date.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take packaging seriously: cards travel in toploaders and sleeves, sealed displays in rigid mailers, and high-value items get extra bubble-wrap protection. Every shipment is insured.

If your package arrives damaged despite our care, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the product. We'll either:

  • Send a replacement at our cost (subject to availability)
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping fees

You don't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask — we trust our customers.

How does a pre-order work?

A pre-order lets you reserve a product before its official release. Your stock is secured in your name as soon as payment is confirmed — even if the product sells out everywhere else after launch.

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to lock in your unit
  • The price you pay is final — no extra charge if prices rise later, no partial refund if prices drop
  • Release dates are estimates set by the manufacturer or distributor and may shift; we'll keep you posted by email if anything changes
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable, except if the product is officially cancelled by the supplier — in which case we refund 100%
  • If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together on the release date. Need an item sooner? Place separate orders.
