1. Pre-Order Purpose

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a product before its official release. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these specific terms.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
• No reservation will be validated without complete payment.
• The price paid at the time of pre-order is final.
• If the product price increases after your pre-order, no additional payment will be required.
• If the product price decreases after your pre-order, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the product is officially canceled by the supplier, the total pre-order amount will be refunded.

3. Delivery & Timeframes

• Release and delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change by the manufacturer or publisher.
• We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.
• Orders will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except in the case of an official product cancellation by the supplier.
• If the product becomes unavailable or is permanently out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pre-Order Items & In-Stock Items

• If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
• If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.
• If you request separate shipping for in-stock items, an additional shipping fee will apply.

6. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to new pre-orders placed after the update.
